普瑞特艺术学院是一所专业、私立的艺术类学院，成立于1887年。与FIT和Parsons并称为全美三大设计学院。Pratt是美国东海岸唯一有传统围绕式校园的艺术学校，目前的三所分校分别坐落在美国纽约州的曼哈顿、布鲁克林区以及尤蒂卡。在2023年QS世界大学学科排名中，普瑞特艺术学院继续领衔240所分布全球的艺术与设计学科优势院校，排名第6，较上一年再次攀升一个名次，其中在全美艺术高校中位列第4位。

本科生作品集要求：
在作品集中提交的一篇文章中，根据主题创作一个新的视觉作品。写一篇500字的短文来描述你的想法如何发展的。
你还可以提交最多两个可视化文件来记录流程。所有形式的媒体都是可以接受的——绘画，录像，摄影，雕塑，3D作品，拼贴和数字图像。
作品集只能在SlideRoom完成。新生和转学申请者必须提交8到12张图片。作品集可以包括一系列媒体，如绘画，绘画，雕塑，时装设计，动画，表演，平面设计或写生簿页面。我们鼓励您展示实验和广度，而作品集并不需要专门针对你正在申请的专业。

作品集要求：
纯艺术专业
提交20幅纯艺术作品的图像，包括绘画，绘画，雕塑，版画，摄影，录像，装置或表演。你还可以在任何媒体上提交最多四个三分钟的基于时间的作品剪辑。准备好为每张图片提供标题，媒介，尺寸（高度第一），日期和描述。
室内设计专业
准备一个15-25的图像序列，最好地传达你的视觉思维。包括最好的证明您的技能从以前的教育和/或专业经验的工作。草图和概念工作也可以包括在内。

Two letters of recommendation, either from the institution where you graduated or from organizations where you have worked before.
Resume: including work experience, travel experience, exhibitions, etc.
Portfolio: Art and design related portfolio with appropriate specialization.
Other: Applicants must have graduated from high school at least two years ago.
Undergraduate Portfolio Requirements:
Create a new visual work based on a theme in one of the essays submitted in the portfolio. Write a short 500-word essay describing how your idea developed.
You may also submit up to two visualizations to document the process. All forms of media are acceptable - painting, video, photography, sculpture, 3D work, collage and digital images.
Portfolio can only be completed in SlideRoom. Freshmen and transfer applicants must submit 8 to 12 images. Portfolios can include a range of media such as drawing, painting, sculpture, fashion design, animation, performance, graphic design, or sketchbook pages. We encourage you to show experimentation and breadth, and the portfolio does not need to be specific to the major you are applying to.

Portfolio Requirements:
Pure art majors
Submit 20 images of purely artistic work, including painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, photography, video, installation, or performance. You may also submit up to four three-minute time-based clips of your work in any medium. Be prepared to provide a title, medium, size (height first), date and description for each image.
Interior Design Program
Prepare a 15-25 images sequence that best communicate your visual thinking, including works that best demonstrate your skills from previous education and/or professional experience. Sketches and conceptual work may also be included.
